1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing the website, or purchasing a subscription on FlipPic ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Service Description & Digital Delivery

FlipPic provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) web platform allowing registered users and professional photography studios to generate, customize, host, and share interactive 3D digital photo flipbooks with atmospheric music, QR tabletop cards, and custom privacy controls. FlipPic provides digital cloud services exclusively; no physical items are shipped.

3. Free Trial & Album Quotas

Every new registered account receives a 7-day complimentary trial with a lifetime allowance of up to 3 albums and 15 pages per album. To ensure fair infrastructure usage, deleting an album consumes that generation slot and does not restore the free trial quota.

4. Subscription Plans, Billing & Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions (Professional, Studio) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle depending on user selection.

• Auto-Renewal: Users may opt into recurring automatic renewal. Recurring payments are processed securely through certified Razorpay gateways.
• Cancellation: Users can cancel auto-renewal at any time with a single click from their Customer Subscription portal. Upon cancellation, recurring deductions stop immediately, and the subscription remains active with full access until the exact scheduled expiry date.
• Upgrade Proration: When upgrading between plans, any unused credit from active days is automatically calculated and credited towards the new plan total.

5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Content

Users maintain sole ownership and legal copyright over all photographs, audio tracks, and text uploaded to their albums. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe on intellectual property rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material. FlipPic reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Data Security & Storage Integrity

We employ 256-bit SSL encryption and redundant cloud backups to safeguard album media and user data. However, users are encouraged to maintain independent local backups of original high-resolution master photographs.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlipPic and its operators shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or third-party network interruptions. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
